Terms for this Aviator waypoint

These terms cover axelmaaw.com. They do not cover Apple, the App Store, or Sir Studios.

Acceptance of this Aviator note

Reading the pages means you accept this short set of terms. If you do not, leave the site. The contact form is optional.

What this Aviator waypoint provides

Axelmaaw publishes a reading of the public Flight Simulator: World listing, dated 8 October 2026, plus notes that stay inside that card. We can be wrong when the store changes a line and we have not re-read it. The check date is the boundary.

Third-party stores and this Aviator app

Store buttons open Apple's page in a new tab. The install, the in-app purchases named on the card, and the app's own privacy practices happen there. We do not host, mirror, or sell the binary.

Intellectual property on this Aviator page

The Axelmaaw name and the writing on these pages belong to Axelmaaw. Flight Simulator: World, the icon, the stills, and the store text belong to their owners and are shown so the listing can be identified. Apple and the App Store are Apple's marks.

Disclaimer of warranties for this Aviator reading

The pages are a good-faith reading of a public card. They are provided as they stand, without a promise that every line is still current after 8 October 2026, and without a promise about how the app behaves on your device.

Limitation of liability on this Aviator waypoint

To the extent the law allows, Axelmaaw is not liable for loss that comes from relying on a stale listing line, from leaving this site for the store, or from anything the app does after install. Nothing here limits liability that Norwegian law refuses to limit.

Changes to these Aviator terms

We may edit this page. The useful date is the one printed in the privacy note's change line and the check date on the card.
